Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase.

Coaching & Portfolio Review Services

All coaching services are non-refundable. By purchasing a coaching session, you acknowledge that this service requires my dedicated time, expertise, and preparation. Once the session has been provided, or if substantial preparation has occurred for a scheduled session, the service is considered rendered, and refunds cannot be issued.

If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please contact me at least 48 hours in advance to arrange an alternative time. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

Your understanding is greatly appreciated as this policy helps ensure a fair and respectful commitment to both parties' time and resources. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out before booking your session.

Prints

If you’re not satisfied with your print, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Condition for Returns/Exchanges: Prints must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. This ensures the integrity of the artwork.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning prints and, in the case of exchanges, the cost of shipping the new item. There are no additional restocking or exchange fees.
  • Processing: Once the returned print is received and inspected, I will process your refund or send your exchange promptly.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
